Circular Workwear-as-a-Service

Instead of buying workwear outright, pay a monthly amount per worker. We supply, swap worn items on condition, collect what comes back, and route it to reuse or recycling partners, with a record of what was diverted.

Indicative pilot pricing. Final pricing depends on site size, garment mix and contract term, and is confirmed in a written proposal.

How it will work

  1. Sizing day on site and a workwear register by employee number (no ID numbers stored).
  2. Garments issued; worn or damaged items swapped based on condition, in line with your OHS Act duties.
  3. Returned items sorted for reuse, repair, rags or fibre recovery through recovery partners.
  4. Contaminated workwear is handled only by a licensed hazardous-waste contractor under manifest.
  5. You receive a Certificate of Diversion: our own kg-based chain-of-custody record of what was diverted from landfill.

What we will not claim

  • No “zero waste” certification - no such legal certificate exists in South Africa.
  • No promised B-BBEE points - any recognition is subject to your own verification agency.
